Studio Policies
To schedule an appointment, you are required to enter your credit card info while booking. Venmo and Cash App cards are not accepted.
APPT CONFIRMATION: Confirmation texts and emails are sent out 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will be prompted to confirm or cancel your appointment.
LATE CANCELATIONS:
You are able to make any adjustments via Vagaro or by contacting us ~ do this BEFORE 24 hours from your appointment. Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in 50% of the service fee charged to the card on file.
NO-SHOWS:
Will be charged 100% of service booked. We require 24 hours notice if you decide to reschedule your appointment. Please contact us if you're going to be more than 10 mins late. If it has been 10 minutes past your appointment time and we have not been notified by you, your appointment is subject to cancellation and you will be charged a fee.
AGE FOR TREATMENT:
All Bikini/French Bikini/Brazilian Sugar Clients must be at least 18 or have a parent present in the service room during sugaring service performed.
By scheduling this appointment, you agree that you have read and fully understand the information / policies listed online. All appointments are subject to price adjustment if incorrectly booked.
